So tomorrow I will be staring my project. As said in my description I will not be looking in any mirror for 28 days. I will be posting all the rules tomorrow. It will be challenging to over come my vanity that started when I was only 2 years old for that is when I was introduced to mirrors by my father's mother. I have been told that see then directed me to pose in different positions in the mirror that was in front of me. I was also told that my mother was not at all happy with what her mother-in-law was having me do. The picture above is me after Prom 2012. As you can see I am looking into a mirror as my mother is taking my picture. She thought that it would be good picture and it is. The picture is one of my favorite ones taken of me over the years. What this picture doesn't so is the vanity that I have gained over the years since I was 2 years old. This vanity is my challenge to break and reshape how I look at the world/ myself in these 28 days. In preparation for tomorrow I have covered the mirrors with permission from my roommate with newspaper, they will remained covered for the next 28 days.
